Description and method of use

One capsule taken three times daily, before, during or up to 1 hour after each meal. If the meal is fat-free (eg. green salad without dressing), the dose should be skipped. Store away from light and moisture. Special caution should be exercised with antiepileptic drugs, antiretroviral drugs and oral contraceptives. Avoid use if you are breast-feeding. Use with caution during pregnancy. Use is limited to a period not exceeding 6 months. Consume no more than 3 capsules per day. Not suitable for persons under 18 years of age. Use as directed by your doctor.

Each capsule of Xenical contains 120 mg of orlistat as the active ingredient. The capsules also contain other ingredients such as microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, povidone, sodium lauryl sulfate, and talc. The capsule shell is composed of gelatin, indigo chromium, titanium dioxide, and edible printing ink.
