The active ingredient in sildenafil is sildenafil citrate. This ingredient relaxes blood vessels in the penis, improving blood flow during sexual stimulation and facilitating erections in men with erectile dysfunction.

In addition, the tablet contains various inactive ingredients including microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose (E464), magnesium stearate, and in the film coating: hypromellose (E464), titanium dioxide (E171), lactose monohydrate, triacetin, and chromium aluminium sulfate (E132).

Drug Interactions: Sildenafil may interact with certain medications, especially those containing nitrates or nitric oxide donors, ritonavir, riociguat, and others. Tell your healthcare provider about all medications you are taking.
